Bonfire Night

Bonfire Night happens every year on the 5th of November to celebrate the failure of the gunpowder plot by Guy Fawkes in which a group of 13 Catholic extremists trying to return England to the Catholic faith tried to blow up the Houses of Parliament in 1605 when the Protestant King James I, his sons and most of the people were still inside.

Guy Fawkes had rolled 36 barrels of gun powder into the cellars and was waiting for the King when guards broke in and arrested him. They were tortured in the tower of London and killed.

Bonfire night celebrations in the UK involve the building and burning of bonfires, with "guys" to represent Guy Fawkes being burnt on top of the bonfires, Bonfire Night firework displays are held throughout the UK and many people let of fireworks in their backgardens with sparklers given to the children and bonfire night parties run throughout the night. In the days leading up to bonfire night children use the "guys" to ask people for money with the phrase "penny for a guy" and sing the rhyme "Remember, remember the fifth of November, gunpowder, treason, and plot, I see no reason why gunpowder treason will ever be forgot."

Bonfire night is also celebrated in other countries including former British colonies New Zealand, the island of Newfoundland in Canada and some parts of the British Caribbean including the Bahamas. Bonfire Night was also popular in Australia until the late 80s.

UK to join the EU can get the following benefits

. first, the possibility of  increaced specialization. EU provides a population on of 3.4 billion market,bigger than the united states. this can achieve economies of scale.The economy, the EU enterprises in the international market to complete more effectivily.

second,in a larger market,greater competition to produce greater efficiency.Within the EU,failed to protect the fortress invalid enterprises,free trade means that goods and services to any part of the competition in the market and production factors can move to more efficient use of the place - not only within one country,but in the country between.As a result,by value,57% of UK exports into the EU,and its important from the EU.
On the other hand, must recognize the protective tariff can reduce competition from extermal markets.

third,the EU countries to enjoy economies of scale and increased competition,can produce faster growth.But there are circumstances that may arise, the EU growth is expected to increse,causing the growth.

Revelations on the state of her eldest son Charles's marriage continued, and he divorced in 1996. The following year, her former daughter-in-law Diana, Princess of Wales, died in a car crash in Paris. The media criticized the royal family for remaining in seclusion in the days before Diana's funeral, but Elizabeth's personal popularity rebounded once she had appeared in public and has since remained high. Her Silver and Golden Jubilees were celebrated in 1977 and 2002 respectively, and planning for her Diamond Jubilee in 2012 is underway.

Welsh history

      Wales and England in 1536 merged under the 22 areas.

To show the importance of Wales, and to strengthen the Welsh identity, the British royal family will be crowned Prince of Wales, Princess of Wales Princess labeled as one of royal succession rules system.        I had finished  my homework just now,but i didn't save it and it is disappeared. why?why?
       I spend half hour wrote  it but i have to  write again. COME ON !

      I am glad to study in glamorgan  because i like here.even it is a village but so beautiful.
      i rent a house in here with my other 3  friends , i can see the mountian,the trees and the sky opposite my windowview,everything is clean in my eyes. especially, the air very fresh.

     i'm really enjoy here,but i find my english is poor ,so i couldn't describe any more.
     i have to study hard first ,and then,i will plan to travel all of europe.
